WONDER EYES Inkliner is a black felt-tip eyeliner with a special felt applicator that ensures even and flawless application. Allows you to create precise and uniform lines. The color is rich and bright.

PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATION:
Before applying eyeliner, degrease the eyelid. Create a base and apply a little powder to the eyelid. This will increase the durability of the eyeliner. Draw the outer corner, do this for both eyes to create the same slope of the line. Then draw a line towards the inside of the eye, applying light pressure as you approach the end to create a thinner line. If necessary, fill in the gaps between the lashes with small strokes.
